Backup of alerts, notifications, update requests....

AND anything else that isn't currently accounted for in an automatic backup.

This should also be noted in the backups section of the documentation.

Very disappointed user here learning this lesson the hard way.

Countifs
OK - So I have a multi select cell with 4 choices (A B C D). I need to count only the cells that contain only both A & D. I tried countifs using and, contains but cant quite eliminate the counting of other combos for exampe ( A B D). Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Why is conditional formatting not working on my sheet?
