Selecting Multiple Values from a Dropdown List

I have created a "dropdown list" column and added the values. I want to be able to select multiple values from the list. How do I do that?

Great to see that the Multi Select Dropdown is now working. However it is a pity it has the limitation not to show in card view mode - therefore we sometimes still work with the single select dropdown, while the data is then not entirely correct.complete.

Is that feature planned?
