Can't add jpg as attachment, doc and pdfs work fine
It's rather odd. We can't upload jpg from our location however, our external contractors were able to upload the exact file.
We are able to upload pdf or doc(x). I note that there was a similar situation in 2017 but that was attributed to AWS S3 services.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Odd indeed. Is it thru mobile or on a computer? Do you get an error message or what happens when you try uploading?

This sounds like it may be a firewall problem, especially since your external contractors are able to upload without problem!
If you'd like a list of domains to whitelist to help you avoid this problem, my best recommendation would be to reach out to our Support team to request them!
