How to set up a Program of Projects

Does anyone have recommendations on how to setup a Program that contains multiple projects Currently, we have a Business Process Automation Program that generates multiple projects.

I think the Control Center might be the solution, but I wanted to see if there are other possibilities before digging in to it.

Hi Andree,

Here is a screenshot of the BPA Projects currently in our Project Portfolio. You will see there are 4 actual projects and then one entry called BPA 2019 Implementation - That is not an actual project. It is the Program and Projects spin off from it. Projects will close out and new projects will be added throughout the year.

Senior Leadership wants to know how the overall program is doing, so for now we carry it as a project entry, but obviously that is not the best way to go.

Hi Andrée,

No problem and thanks for reaching out. I have not had any solution responses. I have been looking a Control Center, but that is an additional cost. If you have any ideas outside of that, I'd love to hear hem.
