Web Form Check Box Option

Hi All! 

 

I am creating a web form for Volunteer Applications for our organization. I need to include a field which allows the applicant to choose from a list of helpful skills and hobbies which they have. I want to allow them to choose as many as are applicable but the only option I see is a single choice dropdown menu. 

 

Is there a way around this?

Because Smartsheet is a Flat Table Database this is not possible.  You need a column for each choice each with its own check box.

When you create the form, place then together and place a section heading and discription on the form telling them to select as many as they require.
