Card View Edit - Jumping to top

I'm working with a sheet in card view and when I click on one of the cards to edit, a form pops up.  If I scroll down on the form and try to click on one of the dropdown menus, it jumps me right back to the top of the page and I'm unable to edit. I've tried this in both Safari and Chrome and keep getting the same outcome.

Any ideas?
