Can't edit recurrence in scheduled attachment deliveries.

Hi all, I have a report I've built that sends to my leader bi-weekly using the Send as Attachment > Delivery: Schedule to send later or on a recurring basis feature. Now, when I navigate to the message at Sent to > (my leader) > Edit Recurrence / Delete these selections are greyed out. Not moments ago I was able to open them up, then received an error when saving my changes. 

Any suggestions on what could be happening?

    Should add: the "Edit Recurrence" and "Delete" selections are greyed out for ALL sheets and reports, not just the one in question. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jaye, thanks for posting! Your best bet for this is to contact the Support team who can look into your account and troubleshoot the issue. Email them at support@smartsheet.com with screenshots of the issue and specific sheet names and the time/date that this started. 

     

    I will follow up with the Support team to make sure you get a quick response!
