Sending a web form to all the people listed in the contact column

I have several programs, and they have different contacts. I don't want to just add them all to my contacts and send the web form individually.

Instead, when I create a sheet and want to send the web form, I'd like smartsheet to use all the emails I have listed in the Contact column. Is there a way I can send the form to every contact in the contact column. That way when I go to send, instead of entering 300 individual contacts, I can tell it to send the web form to column Engineers.

I don't want to send to all my contacts because these mailings are for specific groups of people. It seems like smartsheet should be able to just use the emails in the contanct column.

Thank you!

    Dana,

That indeed would be handy but not currently available as is.

If you are using the contacts list then they are in your contacts.  If they are in your contacts you could create a Group called Engineers and add them to it and the Shart sheet can be used to send it to that group.

    I hope this helps.

    Dana,

Creating the Group (under Account | Group Management...) would be my suggestion as well.

Be aware that if you have put any names/email addresses in a Contact List type column before the person was a User in your account, the person may also show up under your personal contacts (under Account | My Smartsheet Contacts...)

    Hope this helps.

    Craig
