I had the same email from Shaine and when I clicked the link, site said that it does not exists, which is quite funny, because it would be quite fair if they would send another one saying: sorry but it was false start, so we'll come back to you when everything is up and running.
But here... no action was taken, just no site for it and everyone (at smartsheet) is happy.
It looks like this bull is getting to be too vicious for their team as more and more negative feedback is comming to the community.
