Duration is WAY OFF

I know I'm getting old, but at this rate I'll never see the end of this project! :)

Pay close attention to the duration column here. These numbers don't add up!

Also, I've already submitted a help ticket. I'll post back here with the response.

Thus far, this is the only row I see like this. For what it's worth, the mobile app says the first child date (submittals for Evan) is 12/28/2818. Obviously, it looks right on the computer.

Have you tried changing the date in the first child row to 2018?

    Paul,

Do you know how dumb I feel right about now? I checked the date. At least I thought I checked the date. Obviously, I did not not check it well enough. I originally thought it was an oversight on the person who entered it. Somehow I thought I saw that it was entered correctly when I investigated on the computer. Error noted. Humility increased. Next!

    Thanks,

    Preston

Hahahaha. No worries. We all make the simple mistakes at some point. I can't even begin to tell you how many "DUH" moments I've had. Sometimes it takes another set of eyes or someone else's brain/perspective to see what's right in front of us.

I'm glad it was a simple fix, and I'm happy to help. Keep on keepin' on. yes
