I am brand new to smartsheet. I am trying to learn how to use this most effectively. How do your employees sign into the mobile app to see everything that they need to do. Is there a different login? Is it free?

Welcome to Smartsheet and the community!
It depends on what your employees need to be able to do.
To use the mobile app, they need to be added as users on the company account, but they don't need to be licensed so they can use Smartsheet for free (depending on what features you and they need)
