Embedding a form into Dashboard
I am currently overhauling PTO dashboards for my company. Each dashboard has a link for an individual's sheet that records time off and the related request off form. Is there a way to embed a single form to the dashboard and have it link to individual's sheets instead of 15 different links?

Hi,
Yes, with the help of a third-party tool like Zapier or similar you could collect everything in one sheet and then move/copy rows to the correct individual sheet, or you could move/copy the rows manually.
