Upon opening smartsheet today it did an update and said it was adding new features... Does anyone know what they are?

I guess that it's the release below that got pulled back. I'll let you know if I see what has changed.
Conditional reminders are here! Shaine Greenwood says:
Yesterday, we added new features to Smartsheet, including reminders that you can send conditionally. You can even configure the time of day that you'd prefer the reminder to be sent!
Another option would be to have a formula set up that would trigger the alerts to be sent.

Is there a RACI template that Smartsheets already has or does anyone have any suggestions?
My user is in view only and we can't change it. My user was granted enterprise access and I've request admin access and been assigned it but my user still is view only. I was able to to do everything and I had to renew my license on my user, which is fixed. Sheets that I had created I can't even edit.
I have three columns I'm dealing with, SALARY IRA(check mark) IRA amount if the ira checkmark is checked, take SALARY *0.035 in the ira amount column
