Please Help with Summit Formula

I want to if assigned person is correct to then take information from one cell and transfer to a different cell automatically?

This is the formula I have so far however when I enter this it gives the #unparseable error

=SUMIF([Fielder Assigned]:[Fielder Assigned],"Name",[Rural Mileage]:[Rural Mileage)

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
