Hello everyone. I need some assistance again please.
I have an inventory ENTRY sheet which is a form that is populated by people out in the field confirming the Store they in and number of Products there.
This is populating multiple rows in the sheet as it should.
What I need is a CURRENT inventory sheet, that shows the store name and the quantity of products per row (there only 3 products they reporting on so having a column per product is fine).
I have got formulas in the ENTRY sheet (from links in this forum ) that looks up the store name and the most recent date and then ticks a checkbox. So I know what is the most up to date inventory record.
What I cant get right is looking up the rows with checkboxes and bringing that data into the CURRENT sheet.
I tried a report however when new data is submitted it moves the information down and the top rows are blank. So when looking at the report on the dashboard it looks blank until you scroll down to find the new info.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
