Multiple Select

Hi I would like to be able to create a column drop down with our 8 of our staff names and be able to select multiple drivers in one column is this possible how do I do this?

For example David, Richard, Pablo, Sarah



And be able to select David & Pablo & Sarah in one coloumn

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

There are different workarounds.

You maybe could use a contact column that allows for multiple selections. There are also third-party tools like Google Forms or similar that could work. It depends on your specific use case.

Hi,

 

If you're looking to assign multiple users to a task, you can do so by checking the box!  To find this, you'll right-click on a column header > "Edit Column Properties" > ensure the column is a "Contact List" type > check the "Allow Multiple Contacts per Cell" checkbox you'll see there.
