Can we provide row access to a group of people rest other cannot view or tough those rows
Hi Jimmy,
Yes, but the best set up depends.
Is it different rows for different people?
Is it always the same rows?
Have a fantastic day!

Hi Andree,
Hope you are doing well
Different row for different people.
Thanks
I'm great, and I hope you are as well!
Do they need to view only or do they need to edit as well?
How many people?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Hi Andree
Around 300 people would be using this sheets to fill there audit numbers every month on a daily basis.
I want they to just make the changes in Q1 column without touching the rest of the column or deleting those column.
The process is like.. 300 user are going to update there audit number in Q1 column they will filter they name and they make the necessary changes on there region data by changing the number in Q1.
Is there any way that would help me out..so that they can filter there names and changes Q1 column without deleting the rest people data.
appreciate your quick support.
I will share it with you
I'm always happy to help!
I look forward to seeing the sheet (s) and see how I can help!
Unfortunately I am not able to share the sheet.
Can you help me how both the user will Update rows and will not be deleted
Is this the same problem as your other question today?
How did it go? Did you get it working in how you wanted?
Have a fantastic week!

I am trying to send non-Smartsheets users information on forms. I know I can create a publicly accessible and editable link for the overall sheet/form, however, when I set up automated emails with links to the forms, the links to sheets/rows still require a login. Is there any way to get around it so that emails sent…
