Can I create parent and child rows in all columns or just the primary column?

It only works in the Primary Column. I think it would be confusing if it worked elsewhere as well.

The hierarchies apply to all columns within that row. While you cannot have differing hierarchies in the same row and it doesn't show the indentation in columns other than the Primary, the Hierarchy functions such as CHILDREN, PARENT, ANCESTORS, etc. can all be used in other columns or to reference other columns besides just the primary.
