Seems to be a known issue at the moment.

Thank you for posting this information. We too are experiencing trouble loading our Smartsheet pages. Hopefully they will fix it soon!

Yes, known issue. I think it was under 10min from my team first experiencing issues to the Smartsheet status page being updated - not too bad!

Tuesday's Smartsheet Issues:
(1) Smartsheet does not load.
(2) If it does load, it takes about 5 minutes to appear and then will not load reports.
(3) Password reset creates an endless loop (ohhh that wonderful Captcha), so user can never get into Smartsheet.
(4) Cannot run a business this way folks!

I haven't had any issues and haven't heard anything from my clients. Do you have the same issue on another computer or mobile?
I checked the status page and nothing is reported there.

The issued was solved. The user must type the reset URL into the browser...no copy/paste or click within email. Thank you Smartsheet Help for resolving this.

Hi, I have read the post from 8/21/25. I am still getting the same error. I am setting up a new device and just download the latest version as of 9/5/25. I am using a Eunivon Smart White Board for touchscreen capability. It is running Android 14. Any help would be appreciated.
