Tasks in Project Plan are now out of order

Hello,

My team and I have been updating a Project Plan that consists of over 1000 tasks in SmartSheet. When I opened the sheet this morning, all the tasks were out of order. The tasks still have the correct predecessors, but they are not displayed in the original order.

How did this happen and how do I fix it?

Are any filters active? Has anyone sorted the sheet?

Hi Andree,

No filters are currently active, but my editors do have the ability to filter by "assigned to". I do not know how to tell if the sheet has been sorted or is currently sorted.

I have attached 4 images showing the original view (the correct order) of tasks, compared to the current view (incorrect order) of tasks. The re-organization occurred at the parent tasks level and subtask level.

I have also shared the sheet with you.
