It's showing that the object is shared to someone that is not part of the workspace.

Does anyone know the best way to contact SS? I have been emailing for 2 weeks to get pricing and still have not had any luck. I need pricing to present the director when I propose using this sheet for project management but also don't want them to see the hassle it's been to get this going. usually this is the easy part.
Report adding and removing sheets
I have a report that consists of 27 sheets. Shared sheets and report with 3 people. These 3 people do not have the ability to add or remove sheets in this report. Is that normal? I would like for them to remove sheets as they complete a project. Attaching an image - the selection option is grayed out for them.
