Has anyone created a Dashboard that links to a Help Desk SmartSheet?
I'd like to be able to have a Dashboard that shows users the status of all tickets submitted, so that multiple tickets aren't submitted for the same issue.
You could create a report with all the current open tickets, and then display it on the dashboard. With a link to the Form to submit a ticket.
