I am trying to sync my Smartsheet calendar with my outlook calendar on a Mac but the link does not work. Has anyone found a solution for this issue?
Which link are you using?
It should work thru Publish iCal > Switch to on for Calendar > Copy link or click Add to my calendar.

I have the same issue. I've adjusted my preferences so that a .ics file opens with Outlook. But even though it says it will open, nothing happens.
Are there other ways to make it happen? (I tried both the add to calendar and link options).

Previous I use trial smartsheet license. I did some sheet during trial. Current I subscribe "Business plan", I cannot get the old sheet with below screenshot… 😂
