Web Forms and Date Auto-Populating

Do you want to see this information in the web form or in the sheet after the form is submitted?
In the web form, there is not a way to show *todays* date. But there is a Created (Date) system column which shows a timestamp of when a row was created (such as a web form submission). This wouldn’t be displayed in the web form, but it can viewed in the sheet once the form is submitted.
Here's information on system columns: http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1964567-system-columns

Following onto the original question and above answer. I see a created date in the form but would I be able to add a submitted date that auto fills or a last changed date?
