Three separate views (permissions) against the same reference row

What is the best way to do the following, without the expense of Dynamic Views please?

Have a reference that is common in three sheets; that if you add, edit or delete this reference row, the changes get reflected in all three sheets?

It is so that I can do three views to three different sets of people who can only see their particular view. One view is for pricing to put against that reference, another view is so another set of people can only look at the stock, and the third view is so another set of people can look at the scheduling of those references.

Reports and using one master sheet is no good, as to be able to edit the relevant report, you need permission to the master sheet which means they can see the other data. I need to do three separate sheets with a common reference I think. And the master sheet would be unwieldy with the amount of columns needed.

Any thoughts most welcome.
