We have been having trouble and not reciving all emails when something is changed on smartsheet 

I then wen to workspace as i am admin and delete the other staff members from the workspace and re joint to see if they start getting the emails again about changes made


In doin gthis all my reminders i have set have gone 


How do i get these back

    If you deleted the users from sharing on the sheet, any reminders set for them will also be deleted. The reminders will need to be set again on the sheets. 

  • So what about when you add notifications to all the sheets ....I had to copy over as notifications do not come over from the template .. the next day all the work I did is hit and miss with some notifications are still there .. others are gone.


    Anyone else have this issue?
