how to collate selected rows into a word processing document

Question for the community: I world like to know how I can create a multi- paragraph document by selecting rows with text in a cell. For example: Lets say I typedthe following words into the individual row:

Row one: "Black" 

Row two: "Friendly" 

Row three: "Dog" 

So by selecting Row one and row three I wish to generate a collation of the text I have selected such that what ends up on a text processing page is "Black Dog" 

I guess the other approach or another version of question would be: Instead of selecting the rows, I could select the specific cells Containing the text.

Hi Tom,

Try this.

=Row1 + " " + Row3

You could also have check boxes or something else that would include the words in the text.

Would that work?
