sync rows between sheets

We have one large master action list for all clients. I'd like to be able to automatically pull data from that list so we can see at a glance what needs to be done for a specific client and save that on a tab in teams.Ideally I'd like the two to sync so changes made in either are replicated.

I don't think cell linking would achieve the sync objective. Could using conditions in some way work?

Depending on your specific setup and need an option could be VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH or the premium add-on called Data Mesh.

I was also thinking maybe a report. If you edit a cell in a report, it will update the sheet as well as the other way around.

You might consider creating shared filters in your sheet, then publishing the sheet to Teams with our Smartsheet for Teams integration: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476201-interact-with-smartsheet-items-in-microsoft-teams

We have created a feature called Smarter Workflow Manager which "copies(one-time)" or "moves" a row in a sheet to another sheet automatically. (based on a condition (ex: Selected checkbox, or column formula = specific value).

Would your Tabs in Team be exclusively for one client in particular or would this change from time to time?
