@Matt Rasmussen - for the emojis being changed automatically by automations, i had no issues.. see below. Keep in mind, NOT ALL emojis work in dropdowns or with Smartsheets. Once i found the ones that did work, i made a list to use for some of our templates. Some formulas require the code# and others dont, its trial and error, but once you get it working, its the best option.
