Embedded sheet in dashboard - problems

HI all

I've embedded a Smartsheet sheet in a dashboard and it displays as tiles (which is what I want).  I'm the owner and there are  two other collaborators.  They have been able to open the tile and add content to the fields but now that's stopped.  They can open the tile, scroll to a field but when they start typing, they are automatically scrolled back to the date field.  The date field is not the first field and it could be blank or completed.  They are not able to edit anything either.

Both the sheet and the dashboard have been shared with them and they are both editors.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks and sorry for the delay but I've got more info on the error.  The first shot is my dashboard with the sheet embedded, showing as cards.  The collaborators need to be able to open the cards and update the fields.  Shot 2 is the card when it is opened, but if you click on a date field, the card scrolls up - the date field does not open so it can't be updated and this is wether it has  existing content or not.

I can update the fields if I open the sheet and view it in Grid view. 

I've checked the settings on the Date fields.  I've checked the settings on the sheet and on the dashboard.  Now I'm stuck

I tried it and it works as it's supposed to in standard view but it jumps in fullscreen/presentation mode.
