Hi there,

we have this issue in few smartsheet pages where assignment is not working properly. we assigned a person %10 (or any other percentages) to the work and no matter what we do, it shows %100.

Hi Leila,

Thanks for your post, I'm happy to help. Is it possible that the Allocation % column has not been set in the Project Settings? If this column has not been defined, Smartsheet will always default to 100%. To check this:

1. Open your sheet and right-click on any column to select "Edit Project Settings..."
2. In the Project Settings window, select "Resource Management" from the left sidebar
3. On the Resource Management page, ensure that the Allocation % column is set to the column that you're trying to use for Assignment Allocation in your sheet.
