Hi there,

we have this issue in few smartsheet pages where assignment is not working properly. we assigned a person %10 (or any other percentages) to the work and no matter what we do, it shows %100.

Hi Leila,

Thanks for your post, I'm happy to help. Is it possible that the Allocation % column has not been set in the Project Settings? If this column has not been defined, Smartsheet will always default to 100%. To check this:

Open your sheet and right-click on any column to select "Edit Project Settings..."
In the Project Settings window, select "Resource Management" from the left sidebar
On the Resource Management page, ensure that the Allocation % column is set to the column that you're trying to use for Assignment Allocation in your sheet.

Where are the auto-save settings

Sharing form links via a dashboard
I've created a Dashboard with links to all of the forms that employees may need to submit (mileage reimbursements, equipment check out, injury reporting, etc.). If I share the dashboard with an "All User" group will they be able to access and submit all of the forms on the dashboard?
