Displaying formula sub-components values (Like F9 in Excel)

Hi all,

When having a long formula in Excel, I know I can highlight a part of the formula, press F9. The value of the subpart is then returned.

Is there some way to do something similar in Smartsheet ?

How to auto populate cells
