Fillout form with data from smartsheet

Hello,

Is it possible to create a form and have automatic (linked) certain fields into the form.

This to create a form and have it possible to print out as a paper backup. This instead

of printing a report.

Same like to use Word and have some fields fill in from spreadsheet.

Hi Rudolph,

Yes, two different ways come to mind. One would be to print the specific row/record in Smartsheet. The second is to have a link that would fill in the fields/options in the form and then print the form.

Would any of those options work?

If I understand your question correctly, when building a form, you can have fields set with a "Default Value".

Say form is like this ( just a quick example, but want to do this with a real form)

Name : Field 3

Adres : Field 4

Place : Field 5

And this fields are cells in a sheet.

Can I pull this info from a sheet and then print.

I think the easiest solution would be to print the rows from the sheet. Can you describe the process in more detail so I can give a better recommendation?

I found the perfect way to do what i want with merging the date into

a google doc by way of the smartsheet addon merge option as described

in the support video.
