i receive this error when trying to load mobile app on samsung tablet . app has been working for the past year heres the error :

could not complete this action . please check your network connection , refresh, and try again

tried on two different networks still same issue

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
