Form Help (Linking From Google Forms)
Hi all,
New Smartsheet user here trying to figure this out. I have a Google form, and I want to share certain individuals on the responses, but because there's multiple options with branching responses, I only want to share them on some of the responses, and I want to do it in a new, separate sheet so it's not confusing.
I have the google form responses going to a smartsheet (#1). I have then created a second smartsheet (#2) with more orderly columns, and have linked the cells to the response columns in sheet #1. However, I have to manually link sheet #2 to sheet #1 every time responses are submitted, as it doesn't seem to let me link to blank cells which will have responses later. Is there a way for me to do that, so as responses are populated in sheet #1, they will show up in sheet #2 without me having to manually go in each time a response is submitted? Or is that a feature that's currently unavailable?
Thank you,

Hi Tom,
Welcome to Smartsheet and the community!
I'd recommend using reports instead for your scenario. Would that work?
If not, I would recommend using a third-party solution like Zapier or similar to move the rows to the different sheets automatically.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic week!
