Shared Report - showing blank

Hi there,

I've got a report shared that essentially allows someone eyes onto a sheet if 1 of 2 conditions is met. One is a dropdown box and the other is a checkbox.

This person is able to open the sheet, and it shows the column headings correctly. But the info itself is not populated - totally blank.

I've shared it to others, with the same exact report perameters, and all of the info populates for them/me.

Any ideas why this one person has access to the sheet, but it's blank? Her screenshot is below:

Hi, please verify if you're running into the situation as described here.

NOTE: For security purposes, a report doesn't give access to sheets that haven't already been shared to a user. For example, you can share a report that looks across three sheets to a collaborator who only has access to one of them. When the collaborator opens the report, they'll only see rows pulled from the one sheet that's shared to them. If the collaborator isn't shared to any sheets, their version of the report will be blank.

As per Jenny above, but to add to that if you need people to see the results in a report where they are not shared to the source data the publish the report abd send them the link.

Same issue - the source sheet is shared with the user, but when they view the report it has no data. In this screenshot the one on the left is the report viewed by shared account, the one on the right is the same report by the owner. Ideas?
