Count me too! Smartsheet should have most, if not all, of the functionalities of Excel. Freezing and hiding rows would be extremely helpful!

Add me too.  Freezing a row (and a column) would allow you to create a summary report right in the sheet.  That would be great

+1 for this please- we keep financial summary at the top of the sheet so it would be really useful to be able to freeze a row to keep the topline information to hand.  This and cell merging are the two main problems with Samrtsheets right now!
