I'm trying to add a new user, it says that the email is already attached to my account but I can't find it in the users' list.
Any idea ?
you probably added the user as a personal contact instead of an account one. That is a mistake I have made many times before.
I checked, that's not the case.

It may also be that the user has already another account (sometimes established when opening a free trial account).
As the user to delete his account and try again.
See the option here to use a 3 email approach (method 1) to remove your email and then link it to the account you want it on.
