i have a release report scheduled daily to send to certain people 2x a day
Friday it worked - today it doesn't

I'm having the same issue with automatic notifications not working since the system update. I tried refreshing, adding/removing new columns, modifying existing columns, etc. - still not sending notifications.
I'm also having the same automatic notification issues. following closely. I also noticed some testing I did on 4/15 did show notifications in the Smartsheet window but I never received the email on them.
We are not receiving notifications at all since Friday. Also, all "Send update requests" are not working. How do we escalate this as an issue?

When you say a fix has been implemented does that mean we should be receiving our notifications and alerts now? I just tested on my end and this functionality is not working for our account users yet.

Same here, still not receiving any emails from Smartsheets alerts and notifications.

I think it will take a little while until everything is back to normal and all systems are caught up.

I recommend signing up for auto-updates at status.smartsheet.com. That way you'll know when things are not working as they're supposed to.
Notifications came through over night. Yay!

Hi, I'm experiencing the same automation issues as described above. I created the "alert someone" notifications on 9/30. They sent correctly on 10/1 but did not send at all on 10/2 and 10/3.

Helloe Everyone! I’m trying to reference another sheet in Smartsheet, but I’ve noticed that sometimes it loads quickly, while other times it takes a very long time to display the list.
