Time tracking can be a rather complex process, but it can be done with manual time entries and some helper columns running the calculations on the back end.
We are UK based and use the Day/Month Date Format (i.e 09/02/2026 - 9th of Feb 2026) In some, but not all, of the "Send.." rows email, the date format changes to the American version (02/09/2026). Is there any way to stop this happening?

Earlier today it looks like several columns of data had the "clear contents" action taken in error. Is there a way to get that back other than using the snapshot feature and manually adding it back to a sheet with conditional formatting etc.? thanks in advance for taking a look1
