Date column formatting

Hi!

In regional settings, I can change the default date format for a particular region. I'm not able to find anywhere to change the default manually other than creating another column with a formula.

For example, I'd like to just have the date show month/day. Is there a place to do that?

Getting Error About Emulated Environments
