How to print a list of column headings?

Is it possible to print or create a list of just the column headings used in a sheet? And, ideally, include any list (e.g., values listed for dropdown boxes, symbols) associated with each heading? We have a sheet with over 50 columns and would like to find a way to keep track of the headings and their lists.

I've checked the learning center and Community but haven't found a way to do this. I'm new to Smartsheet, so apologize if this has been addressed and I've missed it.

As a workaround, you might make a copy of the sheet and list all options below the columns.

Another thing that I have done with a very similar situation (actually for a sheet that contained significantly more columns) is to export the sheet to Excel, paste/transpose the column headers, and create a data dictionary of sorts for the sheet. Then i copied the drop-down values into a column, added any associated help text to clarify a field, and even pasted the actual formulas used in specific columns as a reference for sheet admins.

Admittedly a very manual process, but it achieved what we were looking for.
