Can I send a reminder to specific row's start dates or will it do it for every row in a sheet?
I have a list of marketing promotions....and want multiple reminders to go out prior to the start date. But not all rows in my sheets need reminders.

Yes, you can! You'd have to add a condition to filter what rows it should trigger for.
