Hi there everyone,

Amye: Can you please provide us more information. For example, if you see an error, please provide all of the error details (usually there is some grey text at the bottom of the page with additional details on error pages - that is helpful too). If you don't see an error, please provide a screenshot of what you do see. We will help you in any event, but it might be easier for us to correspond on a troubleshooting thread by starting a support case with our team via email here.
Kelly: Please let us know what else you need. The more context on your use case the better. Feel free to discuss here or start a support case if you expect some back and forth troubleshooting.
Thank you all for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to provide the feedback and we're listening and acting on it!

Hi Scott,
Sorry no error as such just a whole lot of NOTHING. GO tao app store 'Add' app and then NOTHING, even with all access and admin restrictions removed I still cannot get it to work. I will keep trying as we have a few team members away at present, I will get them to try and access it through a different email to see if it is just me.
Kelly, so you can atleast use it online - I cannot even get that far into it, I can only log-in and see my email but cannot do anything further, just keeps asking me to log in again and again everywhich way I try to access it. Weird to say the very least.
Once we have a full team back in house I will bring it up and brainstorm, it has to be something simple that I am missing...
Thanks again Scott - I will utilise this thread if or when I have progress of any kind.

Amye, Kelly,
Thanks for the follow-up. I would definitely recommend sending the following information to our support team via a support case so that they can help you get to the bottom of this.
• Screen shot of the "nothing" page while an email is selected.
• Operating System
• Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Version of the browser
• Version of Outlook Application (if using installed Outlook)
Also if you have any browser plugins or add-ons it might be worth trying to disable those and trying again just to be sure.
We've also seen some problems, albeit resulting in an error, based on settings that an Office 365/Azure AD System Admin could be setting that can impact all users. The Office 365/Azure Admin can configure their tenant such that users are NOT allowed to consent to applications. To enable Smartsheet for Outlook, the Office 365/Azure admin needs to change this setting. This can be done by toggling the switch in the Azure Management Portal under Tenant Configuration settings and scrolling down to "Integrated applications".
