I take it that Dynamic Dropdown still hasn't been resolved and deployed. I can go back to 2018 to find requests for this vital tool.

I, like a lot of people have put in an Enhancement Request, but we get no indication of any form of progresss or development. Its pretty frustrating - it would be nice to get some transparency on works-in-progress.

What is the status of adding Dependent Variables to Smartsheet spreadsheets? I've seen this topic goes back to 2018, without solution, and it's a vital functionality.

The enhancement request method for requesting things does not seem to have any real meaning. There is no priority assigned, no indication of when things will be completed.

And this is only one of many critical/basic function requests that have gone without update. I'm tired of reading so many threads that tell people "Please submit an Enhancement Request" and then see that the issue still exists years later.

Smartsheet, if you aren't going to listen to users and actually provide the updates we are requesting, then at least tell us so we can find a new tool.

User interface enhancements seem to take priority over user enhancements - so much easier to put some lipstick on it and call it prettier.

we all need dependent drop-down lists, please and thanks.

I don't know why Smartsheet did not take any action towards this small demand though it is feasible in google sheets and excel a long time ago!!

Moreover, the offset function does not exist in Smartsheet to manipulate this demand.

Unfortunately there is not a solution available yet. So I also submitted this request many times via the enhance request-form

But could not wait any longer: So together with my development team we made our own solution (based upon standard Smartsheet) to centrally manage the dropdown-lists throughout the entire smartsheet environment, including the option to configure a dynamic dropdown (=> based on a standard Smartsheet formula).
