I created a workflow. The screen shot is attached. I was trying to see if when ready for approval is checked can approval status automatically change to submitted? How is that done if possible?

We are UK based and use the Day/Month Date Format (i.e 09/02/2026 - 9th of Feb 2026) In some, but not all, of the "Send.." rows email, the date format changes to the American version (02/09/2026). Is there any way to stop this happening?

Earlier today it looks like several columns of data had the "clear contents" action taken in error. Is there a way to get that back other than using the snapshot feature and manually adding it back to a sheet with conditional formatting etc.? thanks in advance for taking a look1
