Has anyone created a template for construction comparing %completed, %programed and %paid vs the date? to be able to graph it something like this
There are construction templates in the template gallery. If you want to compare change, just add additional column with formulas comparing the values.
The comparing part I've got I can adjust my gannt program and have a sheet give all of my payments from which I can have %payed and % completed.
The tricky part for me is trying to create a sort of a cashflow that can be graphed across time that integrates %programed and the %actually executed. This so as to now if my contrator has gone acording to shecule and If I have payed him on time.
It can be as this template shows, the problem is that I would have to adjust the month for every house that I begin, and input all my tasks for each month. I dont know if the ir a way to do it witouth as many date columns. MAYBE A TODAY FUCTION AND END DATE? I REALLY DONT KNOW IF IT IS EVEN POSSIBLE

There is a TODAY() function.
