On a form is there a way to create a drop down list that allows the user to select more than on item on the list?

It can only be done in Smartsheet via  a Google form that polulates the Smartsheet and that does also have advantage of offering conditional Logic to a form that then populates your smartsheet too. Plus a Form submitter, can go back later and change data through a copy of their entered form. So maybe worth reviewing the Google Form to Smartsheet Interface?

    Good luck.

    Laura,

You can't create multiple choice on a drop down in a webformbut here is something that might work:

    • Create new checkbox columns in the sheet, one for each check-able option.

    • Open the web form editor and click on Add Field. Add a Heading/Description to the web form and set the Heading to the question you want to ask.

    • For each of the checkbox fields change the Display Type to have Caption to the right.
