View latest discussion in a column?

Hi,

I was wondering it is possible to view the latest discussion note in a column? That way when I run a report, I dont have click on each balloon and see what is happening to row one at a time.

I like that the thread of conversation is kept in the discussion, I just want to see the latest at a glimpse. Even if this is a new reporting function and not a column that I would need to manage would be great!

No this is not possible, however you can set an alert to notify you when a discussion changes. That may help.

I presume you have used the Discussions tab at the bottom of the Sheet which does list discussions in order with the newest at the top. I appreciate that is in the Sheet not the Report but thought it might help some users in similar circumstances to use what we have, but lobby for what else we want!
