Making bulk changes to a Sheet in multiple Workspaces

As an Admin for a Project Management firm I deploy a new Workspace as new Projects come online. Within the Workspace, Sheets feed Reports which feed the Dashboard. Each Project is a self contained Workspace.

Occasionally, a formula error is picked up in one of the sheets by our users. This typically means that the same error occurs in all the other Workspaces. Normally, I then correct the error in the the "Template Workspace" that I roll out and then go about manually correcting each of the live project Workspaces. Very time consuming.

Is there a way in which I can Save the Template Workspace so that each Project Workspaces remains independent, but any errors I identify can be quickly correct and rolled out via the Template? I assume this isn't possible.

Two workaround options that might work:

Smartsheet Control Center https://www.smartsheet.com/product/control-center
Smartsheet API https://developers.smartsheet.com/
